Job Overview
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Point of contact for employees
- Maintain & update company databases
- Update office policies if needed
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Manage office supplies, stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Distribute and store correspondence (i.e. emails, letters, etc.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data
- Schedule in-house and external events
