Role and Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and report on the current marketing process, promotions and bonuses.
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership to devise an effective strategy for better engagement and customer retention.
- Create a sales database and translate campaigns into customers and revenue
- Analyse, report and conduct research on campaign, loyalty and overall results to provide useful insights.
- Apply findings to implement marketing strategies that will add value in terms of profitability and user experience.
- Make suggestions of continuous improvement of the marketing, and product offering, follow up the implementation and see adopted projects to completion.
- Manage, direct, plan and take ownership of CRM marketing software implementations.
CONDUCT REGULAR COMPETITOR ANALYSIS ON PRODUCTS, OFFERINGS AND PROMOTIONS BY COMPETING BRANDS IN THE MARKET PLACE.
- Follow up projects to meet the project objectives and customer satisfaction
- Make suggestions and follow up the improvement of the content management system flexibility through all the channels (desktop, mobile etc.)
- Build and maintain good relationship with 3rd party providers
- Working closely with other heads of departments on company projects.
