Sincere Security Company, a leading security service provider seeks a dynamic and results-oriented finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and transaction services.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Administer Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Maintaining accounts general ledgers.
- Processing monthly payroll
- Preparation of annual accounts and liaising with external auditor
- Maintaining Fixed Asset register
- Process sales invoices
- Administer day-to-day finances
- Manage online banking including online payments and transfers
- Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations
- Administer credit control/debt collection
- Administer payment of bills
- Ensure financial controls are adhered to
- Assist in preparation of year-end audit
- Assist with procurement and risk management processes
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT Skills, particularly in Excel & MS Office Package
- Good general accounting experience; with sound debit and credit comprehension and reconciliations experience
- Previous experience in financial control
- Strong knowledge and experience in Pastel accounting package is an added advantage
- Valid clean class 4 driver’s license a must
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
