- Manning the reception;
- Operating the switchboard;
- Receiving Visitors;
- Sourcing quotations;
- Receiving goods;
- Filing documents;
- Coordinate all meetings;
- Taking minutes of meetings;
- Assist in marketing of the ZINQAP services;
- Assist in asset verification;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Accountant.
Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration;
- International Computer Driver’s License;
- Good Communication skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication.
