The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, a talent for finance and budgets, understand IT & Digitisation, have the ability to multi-
- Preparing and managing the Firm’s Accounts and Finances;
- Preparing budgets, Financial Analyses, Modelling and Management Reports;
- Assisting with Developing and executing the Firm’s Long Term Strategic Plans and Forecasts;
- Establishing and maintaining an effective Control Environment and Enterprise Risk Management system;
- Treasury and cash flow management;
- Managing the Firm’s taxation, and general compliance with laws and regulations;
- Developing and improving operating policies, procedures and systems and other business processes and the Firm’s IT and Information systems,
- Human resource and payroll management,
- Superior organizational and strategic planning skills, capable of developing systems from scratch, assist the Firm in generating positive revenue growth, harmonizing operations and improving employee performance.
- At least a first Degree in Accounts, Finance and/or Business Administration or equivalent.
