Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic, seasoned HR Director. The ideal candidate will drive the HR strategy to compliment the overall strategy of all the group subsidiaries. Must be a business leader who can make meaningful contributions to finance, operations and other aspects of the organisation.
- HR strategy, business and operational planning
- Staff and business performance management
- Budgeting and control
- At least 10 years at senior management level
- Relevant HR qualifications
- Excellent negotiation skills
