About the role

This role aims to provide effective and efficient human resources (HR) and administrative support to enable the smooth functioning of the workgroup. To ensure that HR, administrative and security procedures are followed and organisational and/or statutory standards are met.

About you

Do you have the passion, knowledge, and experience to support Christian Aid in managing its Administration & Human Resources in the Zimbabwe – country program? Are you Educated to at least Diploma level with prior working experience in Admin and/or human resources in the NGOs sector? This role requires you also to be dependable and trustworthy. Can you build effective partnerships across the organization and liaise with external stakeholders at all levels to achieve role objectives and purpose. These include suppliers/ service providers, partner organisations and allies, regulatory authorities and other NGOs. Are you willing to take up your next career challenge?
