Contract Duration: 36 Months
Leonard Cheshire Disability Zimbabwe (LCDZ), a local Zimbabwean registered disability services organisation seeks for suitably qualified candidates to fill up the above positions that have arisen within the organisation.
The position is funded by the European Union and in collaboration with the coordinating partner/s, LCDZ M&E Officer will provide support in the implementation of M&E activities and ensure that strategies are implemented according to plan; Prepare informative field reports, identify shortcomings and make relevant recommendations on a regular basis; Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Statistics/Social Sciences/Development Studies/Statistics/Mathematics or equivalent.
- 3-5 years working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or other related field.
- Experience in designing M&E projects in the area of advocacy with advanced quantitative skills, including knowledge of statistical programs.
