Job Overview

Location: Zvimba and Hurungwe districts

Africare is a private, nonprofit organization providing development and emergency assistance to Africa since 1970. PVO: 4/2002

Purpose

Co-ordinate M&E activities, working with the District Water and Sanitation sub-Committees (DWSSCs), in strengthening the learning environment in schools and enhance equitable access to education, with special attention to the needs of vulnerable children through enhanced access to clean, safe drinking water and improved sanitation.

Qualifications/experience

  • A minimum of a degree in Social Sciences or any relevant qualification including a qualification in M&E with a minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.
  • Experience in WASH is an added advantage.
  • Candidate should also have demonstrated ability to work with local communities, project stakeholders, including Local Government Officials and other NGOs.
