Job Overview

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or Insurance or any other relevant similar qualification
  • Minimum of five years working experience in a similar role with a proven track record in the Panel Beating industry or a similar technical field.
  • Previous work experience in the Insurance sector with a reputable organization in Claims, Underwriting or Risk management will be a distinct advantage.
  • Conversant with MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook.

Skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a profit centre with a drive to achieve results.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a dynamic sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability in man management of a diverse work force.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer and service excellence.
