Job Description

  • Responsible for managing one or more tasks within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost.
  • Delivers specified requirements and meets customer satisfaction.
  • Provides day to day support for the Project/ Programme Manager.
  • Develops agenda`s, plans meetings, co-ordinates the daily work.
  • Makes sure that action items are completed.
  • Gives Project Manager advanced warning of potential problems in meeting commitments.
  • Meets personal commitments to the project.
  • Develops and maintains project momentum with the team.
  • Assists in streamlining team processes and procedures (including Risk and Benefits).
  • Follows up on actions allocated and updates project logs.
  • Compile and provide the PM with reports and presentations as input to Executive Meetings.
  • Compiles Programme/ Portfolio Minutes.
  • Communicates progress to management.
  • Interfaces and communicates with internal stakeholders
  • Focuses on tasks/ work packages that need to be completed
  • Informs team members of all scope changes by distributing the revise sections in the scope of Work, updating the central file after approval and signoff at the relevant level.
  • Compile progress reports and distributes to the full project team prior to meetings.
