We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Sales Manager to direct and oversee the organization’s sales objectives and initiatives while nurturing a high performance sales team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensuring it’s strong presence
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- A strong ability to develop positive relationships with clients
- Strong business sense and Home Appliances Retail expertise
