Job Purpose:
To ensure security effective measures are in place, and followed, throughout the Zimbabwean operations.
Job Context:
The Security Manager reports directly to the Country Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring that all branches have security infrastructure and equipment in place, carrying out security audits as well as investigating security incidents. They are required to conduct research in order to ensure internal security measures remain relevant and updated. They are responsible for ensuring the operation remains internally compliant as well as passes all external security audits. The Security Manager manages the external security service providers.Internal Liaison takes place with all branches staff. External liaison takes place with external 3rd party suppliers and private investigators.
