- Ideal candidate must have knowledge of GAAP hospitality systems, customer service skills, management of a small team, hospitality experience essential and must be willing to work odd hours and weekends
- The person is required to oversee service at every event at the Lodge and needs to be a strong yet pleasant individual who is able to deal with difficult clients and any customer service issues and able to work as a part of a team and work well under pressure.
- Should you have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and are able to start as soon as possible
