Job Overview

We are looking for a young and diverse professional to manage, coach and support a team of highly skilled engineers, electricians and IT specialists.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the local Customer Technical Assistance Center
  • Analyzing situations and determining resources needed to solve them
  • Setting targets and ensuring ongoing training for tech support staff
  • Handling and addressing Customer communication and escalation
  • Producing reports as needed
  • Managing load balancing and prioritization of customer cases
  • Supporting and participating in customer meetings and operation reviews


  • Qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related
  • Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in a managerial position as an electrician
  • A background in construction is a prerequisite
  • Agile with demonstrable teamwork ethos
  • A strong ability to develop positive relationships with clients
  • Commercial awareness
